Additional charges may apply for insurance coverage, fuel policies, late returns, extra mileage, accessories, and violations of rental terms. 3. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

The renter is responsible for operating the vehicle safely, legally, and in accordance with local traffic laws. Our vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, transporting hazardous materials, racing, towing, or by unauthorized drivers. The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or fines incurred during the rental period, including parking tickets, traffic violations, toll charges, and misuse of the vehicle.

4. Insurance and Liability

We offer various insurance and protection plans to provide coverage against accidents, theft, and damage. Acceptance or refusal of coverage must be confirmed at the time of rental. Standard policies may not cover all situations; therefore, renters are encouraged to review coverage details carefully. In cases where insurance is declined or insufficient, the renter may be held fully liable for all associated costs.

5. Pickup, Return, and Late Fees

Vehicles must be collected and returned at the designated location, date, and time stated in the rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition received, with the appropriate fuel level and without excessive wear or unreported damage. Failure to return keys, documents, or accessories may also result in additional fees.

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the reservation type. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. Rental extensions must be approved before the original return time; unauthorized extensions may lead to penalties or voided insurance coverage.
